We ship World wide and offer free shipping on orders above $75usd.

How much is shipping?

We offer world wide free shipping on orders above $75usd. If your order is less than$75usd it varies depending on the weight of your order. starting from  $1usd up to $15usd

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It depends on where in the world you live. We send all orders the same day as you order or at latest the following day. If you are lucky it just takes a day or two. If the postal service are having a bad week it can take up to 10 days.. You can always follow your order online with the tracking number we provide you.

How do I get a refund?

Our Return Policy in short
  • Contact customer support before returning any items.
  • Returns to our distribution center must be postmarked no later than 21 days after the order is received.
  • The product must be in new condition.
  • To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
  • Want to switch to another size of the same product? You can do that, just contact us.
  • Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.
  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
  • Original invoice must accompany returned item(s) in order for refund to be processed.
  • Online refunds will be made to the credit card or Alipay account used in the original transaction.
  • If a Gift card is used and the items returned, the funds will be placed back on the original card.
  • Returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn to be accepted for a refund. Tags must be attached.
Non refundable items
  • Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, returns are not accepted on: panties, bodysuits and any lingerie set that includes a panty. If these items are returned, they will be returned at the sender’s expense.
  • All backless bras, pasties, fashion tape, body wash, body mist, gift cards are FINAL SALE.
